Background

I am a senior Software Experience Design lead in Southern California looking for opportunities where I can apply my user-centered design knowledge as well as be challenged and expand my skillset. I work with global software teams to create useful, usable, and delightful digital solutions and experiences. My strong design background, UX knowledge, and CX training enable me to guide projects from concept to release.

I've worked for Nickelodeon and currently work for HP, Inc., working with clients such as Marvel, Dreamworks, Disney, NBC Universal, and Warner Brothers. Through my experience, I have developed skills in illustration, layout, production, interior design, user testing, and large-format design. I am proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, CSS/HTML and prototyping tools including Axure and Figma. I enjoy the challenge of creating usable, cohesive designs in a high pressure timeframe.

I am a graduate of San Diego State University with a BA in Graphic Design and a double MA in Graphic Design and Communication. I also have a User Experience degree from UCSD Extension, and Customer Experience certifications from Northwestern and Columbia.
